Creating Peaceful Environments for Healthier Hearts
We are a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to preventing high blood pressure by promoting calm, healthy, and supportive living environments. We believe heart health begins with how we live, work, and relate with one another. Our foundation supports communities in Nigeria by addressing environmental and lifestyle stressors that contribute to high blood pressure, empowering people to live healthier, more peaceful lives.

The James Ukachukwu Diala Foundation
The James Ukachukwu Diala Foundation is a not-for-profit organization based in Lagos, but serving the entire Nigeria population regardless of tribe or religion, committed to the prevention of high blood pressure through the promotion of healthy, supportive, and peaceful living environments. We believe heart health is deeply influenced by how people live, work, and relate with one another, and that calm, stable surroundings play a vital role in preventing chronic stress-related conditions, including hypertension.
High blood pressure remains a major public health concern in Nigeria and globally. Beyond genetics and diet, prolonged exposure to stress, unhealthy environments, and demanding lifestyles significantly increases cardiovascular risk. The Foundation focuses on addressing these often overlooked environmental and behavioral factors that quietly strain the heart over time.
Through targeted awareness campaigns, community education, outreach programs, and partnerships with healthcare professionals, we equip individuals and families with practical knowledge and tools to manage stress, adopt healthier habits, and create environments that support long-term heart health.
Our work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a strong commitment to community wellbeing. We collaborate with schools, workplaces, community leaders, and families to strengthen resilience, promote calm living, and foster healthier hearts across Lagos.
The James Ukachukwu Foundation envisions a future where every community in Lagos has the awareness, resources, and support needed to prevent high blood pressure, allowing people to live with greater peace of mind, dignity, and wellbeing.
